I am late writing this blog. I try to get one written each month, but December has almost slipped away , and here I am trying to corral a couple of days left before the end of the year. My wish for everyone who reads this is summed up in a line or so written by a former U. of Richmond (VA) alumni who said:
“My wish is simple:
Peace in every nation,
Joy in every heart
A mitten on every hand.”
I am going to try to find out her name, as she deserves the credit for putting so much into four lines.
This wish rests on a foundation of hope. I’ll leave it there even though there are doubts that such successes can ever occur. Even so, we can hope. And so the year of 2022 ends.
